The sign below should not be required, but unfortunately many Catholics must be reminded on a weekly basis that Jesus Christ is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament! God help us to return to a prayerful people that respects Oh Mighty GOD! It would be great if we no longer had to post these signs at the doors of God's house.

Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Opelousas, LA
Sorry for not posting any pictures last week, but I have been extremely busy. I hope these great pictures make up for the lack of a post last week. This week I have pictures of Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church located on the south side of Opelousas, Louisiana. The first Mass at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church took place in October 1968 in a combination church and catechetical hall. My wife and I were married in the hall more than 33 years ago; this was before the current church was built. The current church (shown in the pictures below) was completed in November 1982.
